Hyatt Regency Osaka is located in Osaka Bay, close to Universal Studios Japan and Aquarium Kaiyukan. Also, the subway station is within walking distance. The hotel offers a complimentary Shuttle Bus between JR Osaka Station and the hotel. The travel time is about 25 min.
We used the Club Access Award, which I earned by staying 20 nights/per year at Hyatt hotels as a World of Hyatt member. The award gave us access to the Regency Club lounge and complimentary breakfast.
We stayed for two nights using 6,500 Hyatt points each night. Without points, it would have been ¥45,980 for two nights.
