Shigakogen is one of the largest ski resorts in Japan which has 21 ski slopes, available from the end of November to the middle of May. Shigakoken is the mecca of the Spring ski. Shigakoken All Mountatain Pass is sold to ride lifts, ropeway, and shuttle bus. Pass holders are required to present the ticket when ride. In the summer, the guest could enjoy firefly watching 2 minutes-walk from the hotel. In August, the traditional festival is held paraded on the mountain with paper-made giant snake.
